• Desempeño de labor asistencial como neurólogo dentro del sistema público español desde 1995 (Neurología General en el CEP Hermanos Sangro y Neurología de la Conducta en el HGU Gregorio Marañón, Madrid).
• Neurólogo Investigador desde 2007 hasta 2015 en la Unidad de Investigación del Proyecto Alzheimer del Centro Alzheimer Fundación Reina Sofía – Fundación CIEN, Instituto de Salud Carlos III, Madrid).
• Neurólogo Investigador desde 1996 en la Fundación Maria Wolff, de la que es Director Científico en la actualidad.

DOCENCIA

Docencia ininterrumpida desde 1995, con 110 conferencias o clases invitadas en el seno de la Sociedad Española de Neurología, universidades u organizaciones españolas. Dos ponencias, siete comunicaciones orales y 14 paneles en congresos internacionales. Once ponencias invitadas, 18 comunicaciones orales, 19 paneles en congresos o reuniones nacionales y 1 panel en congresos o reuniones locales.

LÍNEAS DE INVESTIGACIÓN

• Epidemiología, diagnóstico clínico, neuropsicología, neuroimagen, tratamiento farmacológico y terapias no farmacológicas en el deterioro cognitivo y las demencias.
• Publicaciones: 66 artículos en revistas internacionales, tres libros completos, 34 capítulos de libros y 42 artículos en revistas nacionales.
